I can't tell you how much I am impressed with your site. Extremely user friendly, and there's a phone number to call for assistance. But, I am MORE impressed with the prompt professionalism of you, and the folks there, who I have recently been in touch with. Not only was there a phone number to call, but, there wasn't any lengthy phone menu with an automated voice answering it. I got a LIVE person, quickly, polite and helpful, the first time I called. Then, today when I called to download the pix, you helped me, and had the job done on your end, before I could finish typing you the letter which followed. Then, you sent another e-mail asking me if what you did was acceptable. In today's business world, this is becoming more and more of a rarity.
