I’m Brennen Salz, owner and employing broker of Salz Home Solutions, a locally owned Colorado real estate brokerage serving Northern Colorado and the Denver Metro area. I’m a Northern Colorado native, have been a licensed real estate broker since 2018, and founded Salz Home Solutions in 2022. Since then, we’ve grown to a team of seven agents focused on providing knowledgeable, responsive, and personalized service to our clients.

Having grown up in Northern Colorado and now raising my own family here, I have a strong connection to the area and firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Colorado such a great place to call home. I was also honored to be recognized as a NOCO Style 30 Under 30 award recipient.
