Niles Hotel est. in 1912. 304 S. Main St. in Alturas, Ca. The building is home to several thriving businesses with plenty of opportunity for more. Currently, a *Proudly Served* Starbucks Coffee, Niles Roadhouse Restaurant, Niles Saloon and JE Niles Events Room and Catering. There are also other rooms available for parties and a conference room for meetings. The Hotel is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 2nd floor has 13 guest rooms including a Bridal Suite and a 2 Room Suite with kitchenette, living area and bedroom. These rooms are nicely decorated, each by a member of our community and family of the owners. On the 3rd floor there are 24 rooms, 2 single occupancy & 22 double occupancy. These rooms are often used to house firefighters and have 2 common bathrooms with showers and a laundry area. Throughout the Hotel, including the guest rooms you will find many antiques that are true to the era the hotel began and on. The kitchen functions well to serve meals during events, the Roadhouse and lunch in the Coffee House. The hotel is heated by a Wood Pellet fired Boiler, woodstoves & electric heaters in guest rooms. All equipment is owned & liquor license is transferable.
